St. George's Lane

On your left is the new Fenwick's building.

The road line as moved right, closer to the city walls. The archive shows what was here on 1996 and the excavations, known as the Big Dig that were happening in 2001.

The building is on the City Wall and will house a bike shop. I hope that the roman tower discovered by the archaeologists will reappear from under all the constriction.
