The building once housed a brewing museum, with its main business offering the public the chance to brew their own beer with professional equipment and help. This way you avoid the tax on beer generating a cheap pint, and also get a serious amount of beer - 100 pints. However, it seems that nobody used this, and so it lasted about a year before closing down. It's now used to house several offices.
